Diplomat Pen help needed!

Hi, please excuse the interloper jumping on here for my own needs! A few years ago I was given a gift by a friend of a pen set. I paid little or no attention at the time and never used either pen. I was clearing out the other day and found the pens again. It struck me that they are quite unusual. The Diplomat box has an Iranian company logo on it. They are Diplomat pens with a logo I can't find anywhere else on web. And they also have lovely intricate design that is rare for Diplomat. I'd love anyone who knows anything about the series they belong to to let me know. Please see photo. Thanks so much, AC
