Extra Fine Nib Ink Review: Visconti Sepia

This is review #55 in my series.  Here's the YouTube video:

Post-recording notes: Easy and quick cleaning.  Many worry about reddish-browns staining demonstrators.  If you're one of these folk, this might be a good brown to try - it came out so easily, and it shows no sign of staining either the pen, converter, or sample vial.

And here is a screen of the final result, for those not interested in the video:

Nice one. Though I have to admit browns in Ef look a same.

I see Quintus is obsessed with vegetables again. :D

Loved the quote, so heartfelt and true.....

Thanks Liz :)

EFNIRs are back on FPN :)

Thanks for this review. The colour seems close to my bottle of GvFC Hazelnut Brown, meaning I might not need try Visconti Sepia (it was few times in and out from the shopping cart).

Off to view the remaining 10 efnirs from today...

:)  Not sure I agree with all browns look the same in EF nibs.  But certainly, they'd be harder to distinguish.

 Wizards have to eat, you know.  So why not eat exemplary vegetables?

Maya Angelou has a way of distilling truth down into a few words.

You're welcome! :)

:D Yep, we're back.

You're welcome.  I haven't seen Hazelnut Brown in person, but based on photos, I'd guess they are quite similar.  (And apparently we have similar behaviors - I usually put things in and out of my wish lists multiple times, sometimes in and out of the shopping cart... )

  Enjoy!

Here's the line width measurement. The line is one of those used for dry time.  Magnification is 100x.  The grid is 100x100µm.  The scale is 330µm, with eleven divisions of 30µm each.  The line width for this ink is roughly 280µm.
