The AL-Star colours are also confirmed, I quite like this pale grey blue and I think I’ll buy it the moment it’s out, would be my first limited edition.
 

I feel like with this one the AL-Star kind of has too many blues, there’s the normal blue and 2020’s pacific blue plus they just made tourmaline a standard colour. I love blue though, so it doesn’t really bother me that much.

Uhm, didn't Gracetan mean they just stop with the standard versions and change the colour in the machines to produce the limited edition?

Lamy published a "Safari Origin" promo video on YouTube yesterday. The colors looks nice, even I'm not the biggest fan of the Safari.

SUBSEQUENT EDIT - Other vendors will also provide the sleeve. I’m seeing now that Goulet Pen is offering a free synthetic matching color pen sleeve for the Savannah and Terra.

Is a Lamy company gift or only Goulet?

Good news, I found out that other vendors will be providing the sleeve also; I asked them. It seems to be a Lamy provision with the pen.

Are you sure it is a Lamy provision? Or is it a retailer(s) initiative?

Do you have a photo of this sleeve? My local shop (Italy) doesn't know anything and they ask me some other info in order to eventually made a request to Lamy.

It could be that certain Lamy Distributors(such as the US Distributor)  are offering the sleeves to their retailers.  I have seen mo mention of sleeves other than in the US...

Not a sleeve, but it looks like Korean retailers have a special box. (Scroll to about 2:02.)

I found pictures of these sleeves and also of metal boxes on official Lamy facebook page. Seems that they are shipped as gift for sales of their online pop-up store (wich ships only to Germany)... so i think that your intuition is the right one! 🤔😔

Thanks for posting but I think they need to change their ad agency. The animation is drearily similar across releases, and the music is strangely off putting. I actually like the pen less after watching this.

I ordered from Vanness, and got the sleeves. They let you pick the nib from any nib choice, so I got 1.1 italic nibs. I won’t get either pen until my birthday in 6 months.
