Lamy Unic Replacement Nib

I've recently spent way to much money on a black Lamy Unic fountain pen. The pen itself is in great condition, however the nib has a couple of fairly significant scratches in the paint. I can't really complain, as when I look at the original photos, the signs are there (I just missed them at the time). However, I'm wondering if there is any way to get a replacement nib (ideally an Extra Fine, but would settle for a Fine)? I'm guessing replacement nibs are rarer than the pens themselves, so I'm not holding out much hope!
