Parker Flighter Id

I found this Parker Flighter, listed as a Jotter. But there is no nock, so presumably it is a twist mechanism, and the bottom of the barrel is knurled. Can anyone provide the actual model?

Cap press actuated BP. Look up the Parker 15 jotter

Thanks hari. It probably is a press cap, but it doesn't (to me) look like a 15. And I haven't found one with the knurling like that.

I've been using my P45 with a gold clip fueled with the Parker black gel refill for a few weeks. I've been impressed. Right now with the FP's packed up for moving, it's been a good, practical companion.

The knurled barrel is an earlier version, had these back in the 70’s. The smooth barrels came later in the 80’s.

It seems an odd decision to remove the knurling. Mine hasn't arrive yet, but I'm hoping that the knurling allows for a more secure, comfortable grip on the barrel...

I've learned to be careful about pushing the cap into my shirt pocket after getting some ink stains on my dress shirt.

 

Since I carry an FP with this BP type, I have also found the angle of use is different and so I need to adjust.

My 45 is cap actuated like that. Although without knurling.

It arrived today. Sweet little pen. Loaded up with a Quink Gel refill and it skates across the page.

 

I have a matching pencil in transit.

Absolutely love this pen.  I bought the 45 fp in 2005 and loved it.  The ballpoint is new to me as I just picked one up a week ago.  Absolutely love it light weight and nimble
