Though Herbin Vert Olive can sometimes look very much on the yellow side of green.

if you‘re looking for a bright green, Pelikan Edelstein Aventurine won‘t disappoint you.

 

If it shall be something more exceptional, go with the Montblanc Jonathan Swift. With some luck, you can acquire a bottle of it somewhere antiquarian. (I used to have one, but sold it in a seizure of idioty.)
