Where Can I Find This Refill

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I am looking to buy this type of refills for my ball point pen but i dont know what it is called. I noticed that the BIC pen refills do not fit in the pen. The pen was purchased in India..

Can someone tell me what is the name of this refill ? I have given the ruler and the pilot G2 for scale.

Thanks

If you are located in India this is a very easy to find refill. It's used on the reynolds 045 and by several other makes. Its the ISO Type E refill. Does not seem to be popular outside india.

You can always order a type D refill available from multiple sources. Then keep a spacer behind the D to extend its length. This refill itself after it's exhausted can be cut and used as a spacer.

Which pen does this refill go into? Indian ebonite ball pen?

Yes. Wow!! It is for an Indian ebonite ball pen from Gama pens. Althought i am not sure how you could have guessed that. 😲 I was not familiar with the type d refills. I tried some other ball pen refills but they all have a notch which Comes in the way.

Type D does not have the projections to stop the spring so it will work for you. You can make a spacer using a wooden stick also.
