Came across a click ballpoint with unique Pelikan design and case. Promo? Curious on any info.

It is a Pelikan Colani ballpoint, circa 1982-89:

Joss has it. One of the Black/Gold Combi models of the Pelikan Luigi Colani No 1. In the US, they were sold under the name "Design Line." The official model designation in K80 and that white tube was referred to as C1. Neat pen.
