What pen is this? It says "Elysee german point" on nib and "Cross" on the cap.

Is there something unusual about the nib? It doesn't have a breather hole.

It writes well. Nib is extra-fine or fine (i'm not really sure).

It is an eyedropper. Cap is pull type.

A metal bodied eye-dropper pen??!!! BE STILL MY HEART!!!

It's likely a franken pen - an Elysee nib married to a cross body. Well, at least the cap is cross. Did Elysee ever make nibs for Cross? Not that I know, but I'd be glad to be wrong. I believe Pilot and Pelikan did one upon a time.

There is a (?plastic) lining inside the metal body.

Really, now that's interesting.
