>I really should ask Diamine for three or four extra packages of glitter.

@Bo Bo Olson

I believe that Fountainfeder in Flensburg sells bottles containing glitter

minus the ink, so to speak... Correction: seems as if they are all sold out.

However, Papier und Stift sells Pennonia's glitter as additives:

Re Pelikan's Golden Lapis...

W-e-l-l  it is very dependent on kind of paper and ink flow.

Best result from flowy glass nib.

Mediocre result from a medium-nibbed Parker Vacumatic.

Have fun!

Well Clause, going to have to run those add on glitters through the dictionary, in they are in Hungarian....which you may understand without any problem in it is next to your neighbor Finland as the only two who have that root language.

The first glitter was a green.

Thank you ...

come the the second week of the next month when I can see out of both eyes, I'll be looking.

But for two weeks, I'll be a cyclopes, and getting new glasses.

My eyes will be set for reading, so I'll need the new glasses not set for that, but for computer and driving. Still trifocals.

I don't expect the glasses to be any lighter in I paid a fortune for the second best Swiss lens the last few times... but I'll be away from starting  with coke bottle bottoms.

It may be a bit longer than I can take advantage of Hungarian glitter.

Hoping the lenses will fall in the insured section....if not...Christmas comes. ...eventually.

Ransom Bucket cost me many of my pictures taken by a poor camera that was finally tossed. Luckily, the Chicken Scratch pictures also vanished.

Fourteen bottles of Ostrich Ink, including two friction-erase inks, and the rest being (chromatographic) shading inks.

I think I'm done ordering those light-coloured, multi-hued shading inks for now. Fangyangtan is the only Chinese brand (relatively well-known for such inks) on my radar that I've abstained from buying in the latest frenzy.

One bottle of Pelikan Edelstein Aventurine and one bottle of Sailor Shikiori Yamadori, both at a very good price from a seller on eBay.  I quit buying Sailor inks when the prices went through the stratosphere but the Yamadori deal made it (almost) reasonable.

What exactly is friction-erase ink?

Similar to what Pilot FriXion pens use/do. Rub the ink marks harshly, and the heat generated by the friction changes the ink into something transparent, thus ‘erased’.

The Ostrich Ink official store on Taobao, although I almost ended up ordering the chromatographic shading inks from a different Taobao seller that also offered a particular paper product I wanted to try. Making a consolidated order from a single seller would have lowered the shipping charges; and international shipping charges are also the customer's to bear when ordering on Taobao, and are non-trivial at that. However, the independent seller was not offering any store coupons, whereas the Ostrich Ink official store was; and the official store also offered more flexibility with respect to bottle size options, slightly discounted (pre-defined) sets, and also Ostrich's other inks such as the erasable inks, scented inks, carbon black ink, etc.

I didn't end up ordering any of the discounted sets, though, since none of them works for me as-is, and I wouldn't really be saving myself any money if I wasn't prepared to compromise.

(Messing around with the contents of the shopping cart, and taking them tentatively to checkout, also taught me something I didn't know the finer points of shipping charges calculation.)

Oh, funny! I didn’t know there are such inks 😊

Me neither.  Amazing the stuff I learn on this site!

A local stationary store has a 20% off sale. I've never tried any Wearinggeul inks but Persephone and Hades made it into my basket as well as a box of pretty Kaweco purple carts.

1 blue black

My favourite 3 of the entirely new inks to me are the Guitar Fujiyama Irodori San, which is a beautiful blue with red sheen, Rohrer & Klingner Alt-Goldgrün, along with the Endless Alchemy Wizard's Pencil ink, for shading beautifully!

Edit: A good time for a sheen demonstration...

The one at the top is Lamy's New Dark Violet, which is a sheen monster, and also the fastest fading ink I've ever encountered. It was a light pink after a week of indirect sun exposure!
