Thank you Vic.

Love these pocket shots of yours! Wonderfully displayed!

It's a "Special" size, length of Senior and diameter of junior.

The yellow plastic is brittle, so I never will use it.

I had the luck finding it on a fleamarket and didn't pay to much...

Christof, jumping back months... take a look for "wifi sd card" such as Eyefi, or "Toshiba 32GB FlashAir III Wireless SD Memory Card" for an SD Card in your camera that has built-in wifi to your iPad with no cable.

Got a new pen. Nothing breathtaking spectacular... just another Lamy Safari. It's the 2016 special edition called "Dark Lilac".

Actually, I do not collect these yearly new colored Safari but I had to have this because it is, since long, a new color in textured/Matte surface, matching perfectly to the very early Safari like Savanna, Terra and Charcoal. This pen looks like a self evident extension of the early colors.

I really like this!

Actually, there is a fifth, the Griso (and even a sixt*), but I decided to do the picture without because the color doesn't match to the four that well...

*Alpin white came in a textured surface as well, but not on regular basis.

Got an interesting new pen:

The Seneca looks like a German student pen from early 1930's. It's well but economic made. Some sources from the internet say that Seneca was a subbrand of Soennecken. Although there is no proof for this, there is a certain similarity to this early Rheingold from 1930:

Would be interested in learning more about...

I just made an observation, I wantetd to ad to another post of mine. Maybe you remember this post:

https://www.fountainpennetwork.com/forum/topic/220855-whats-up-at-christofs/?p=3568755

I was showing a strange Pelikan 300 there. This one:

Not the color of the blind cap and clip screw was the most strange thing about. It was the short ink window on the plain black barrel. I had not seen this on a Pelikan until then....I thought.

I was wrong! I have seen this before, but not on a plain black barrel but instead on a light tortoise one. Have a look at the comparison below. The inkwindows of the strange 300 and the light tortoise 400 are almost identical:

from top down;

1. Pelikan 400 light tortoise

2. "strange" Pelikan 300

3. Pelikan 400 solid black

This makes me think that at least the barrel of this pen is not a fake, and if the barrel is odd, but original, why not the whole pen? Just my thoughts...
