Can you enlighten me, please?

Thank you :)

(This time: I'm really really sure this item is *not* a Targa -- anyways, the tag shall help to find this thread again ;) )

What repair the pen needs?

Seems to have some plating loss on the top of the nib, how's the underside that's in contact with the feed, and as Jchch said, what seems to need repair or doesn't seem to correctly function?

According to the seller (it's her pictures I show you here), the "ink reception" is damaged. It looks like the feed's nipple is bent, I think?

Don't buy it. it's not worth it. Chances are it will cost you more to find a replacement feed (if you can find one) than it will to buy the same pen, intact.

The nib is gold plated, not 18K gold, so this is not a particularly valuable either.

I'd leave it and put the money towards something that is in better condition, and is a better pen - such as the Waterman Gentleman or Le Man.

Thank you -- I'm a novice regarding Waterman, is it an "Apostrophe" perhaps?

Anyways, the seller wants EUR 5, so there's no "investment" at stake, and: I just need some projects for my 3 schoolkids who are now homeschoolers all of a sudden.

(I can tell you, my 7 y/o boy started digging up the garden, "searching for dinosaur bones" -- and again, my wife and I are reminded of the one or the other Stephen King novel or movie...)

edit: tpyos ;)
