Julie, thanks for the amazing work! Doing the whole series is serious commitment and I hugely appreciate it, as many others surely do. Now... my wallet would have words with you.

Solstice and Winter Miracle are amazing!

Well ... maybe looking at https://www.mountainofink.com/blog/diamine-invent?rq=inkvent helps to find alternatives?

I for myself was really pleased about most of the inks, but although there are only 4-5 colours that I, even if I had infinite amounts of money, would NOT want to buy just because the colours or properties are not for me, getting this calendar was more of an event thing, a whole ... "experience", so to say.

And while some inks are really wild and amazing, others do have really close siblings among other colours you might already have. (This should soothe your wallet.)

I could not find anything close to Fire Embers for example, so for me this was THE INK I HAD TO BUY, whereas others ... well, these can wait. Not being able to go to my fav stationery store in person due to the C-pest also helped :P

Julie, you have done a wonderful job with this, thank you! The link is also a wonderful comparison.

Fountain pens are my preferred COLOR DELIVERY SYSTEM (in part because crayons melt in Las Vegas).

....and just when I thought I had reached inky saturation and they surely couldn't make any more desirable colours that aren't already out there, along comes this thread.....

I'm avoiding glitter inks, but there are a few non-glittery inks that are very appealing.
