Wax Seal Built Into The Pen?

Has anyone ever seen a fountain pen with the design for the wax seal built into the cap? Admittedly, it would have to be a small imprint, but it could probably be done with a pen the size of Parker's Duofold.

Not sure about other models, but I have seen aftermarket Parker 51 barrels with blanks on the end to engrave. Kullock, iirc.

I think it would depend upon the intricacy of the design, you would need to send your design to companies/jewellers that specialise in wax seals/signet rings because it is such a small area to engrave on.
