The C stands for Correspondence, but Cookbook sounds intriguing.

Incowrimo was started by the bloke running "the other place" and the idea is to write correspondence every day. 

 

Some penpals have enclosed recipes in letters, and I've also sent/received postcards with recipes on. One penpal collected recipes from his penpals and printed them into a little booklet to send out!
