Stipula Samples

Here's a few sample lines of Stipula inks. Light Blue, Purple and Sweet Pink have no reviews in the index.

The scans are fairly good except for the Dark Blue - it's the most beautiful imo and doesn't really come across as such in this small tidbit. Like many blue-blacks, it has a lovely dark red sheen, while the Musk seems to exhibit a faint gold. The darker purple from the JIF is due to evaporation from the not-airtight cap. The Sweet Pink is the least interesting, a pretty standard light pink with a slight blueish undertone and, of course, doesn't hold a candle to Pinkly! (but, then, nothing does, really).

In order of preference, I'd rank them as Dark Blue, Musk Green, Fading Grey, Light Blue, Purple and Sweet Pink.

They look very nice and the presentation is lovely, thank you!

But I am nearly unable to distinguish dark blue and grey :)

Seeking a Parker Duofold Centennial cap top medallion/cover/decal.
My Mosaic Black Centennial MK2 lost it (used to have silver color decal).

Preferably MK2. MK3 or MK1 is also OK as long as it fits.
Preferably EU.

Pinkly can be matched, indeed it can be bettered :-)

After using both inks I consider Platinum Mix-Free/Mixable Cyclamen Pink to be even brighter and better behaved than Pinkly. And the gold sheen it exhibits is a lovely accent. Not too much, like the excessive super-sheeners around; just the right amount around the edges of the letters.

The Platinum does look close (hard to tell from the blurred Photobucket pictures in Inka's review); Diamine Cerise, Noodler's Rachmaninoff and, especially, PR Hot Bubble, as well, just going by review pics. Sailor Pink is a nice, bright reddish pink and it also has a bright yellow sheen, though this can give it an orange-ish look.

Thanks! Yes, the Dark Blue didn't come across as well as the others - unfortunate, as it is the nicest (well, dead heat with the Musk, really) and quickly became my favorite BB, surpassing even Kana-cho.
