Help Needed For Nibmeister In The Uk/eu

I have a question on a Cartier Louis LE platinum with leather trim, the so-called 'eye of the tiger' model.

 

I made the silly mistake few years back to allow my freshman in college nephew to try this particular pen for a weekend - and the pen came back with the nib in a bad condition.

 

Most likely the pen has been pressed too hard and the nib was scratched heavily.

 

I took the pen to MB service center in Singapore (at the time) and they quoted S$550 to repair the damage. I passed on that.

 

 

Now I have been repatriated to Europe and I would like to know if anyone can recommend a solid nibmeister in the UK or Germany mainly, as I find the cost from the Richemont Group's service center excessive.

Obviously the pictures can't say much due to work travels but I've been very seldom writing with fountain pens these days, so am not very familiar with good repair/skills sources.
