How Much Ink Can You Make From Ink Stick?

I was thinking of purchasing an ink stick. The one I am looking at is 16cm * 3.5cm * 1.7cm. How much ink can I make from this stick. These come in set of 3 and I don't think I will use it that much. I will mostly be using it with dip pen or glass pen mostly for drawing.

Can anyone tell me if these ones are good. I don't really know what to look for in ink sticks. There is no description. What info I should ask the seller?

I always thought ink sticks were for use with a brush.

It is difficult to estimate the amount of ink one can make from an ink stick, because the volume of ink depends on how thick and dark one wants the ink to be.
