If #4 or #11 ever need a foster home, I’ll volunteer 😁

That's very generous of you!

FYI, #4 is in Bob Dupras' "Ocean Cenote" resin. Leonardo has a pen for sale in this material on their web site. #11 has silver hardware. The same pen with gold hardware is listed on Novelli's web site. (Very limited edition.) No affiliation. I'll comp you the broker's fee. 😆

As the year nears its close, I am taking stock of my 2023 Leonardo Pen harvest. It was a good year, at least in that respect.

Happy writing!

Do the Audaces post?  If so, what is the length of the posted pen?  Thank in advance.

custar

The Audace pens do post. The length when posted is 17.5cm ± 0.2cm.

My first Leonardo (I blame David! 🤣 and his spectacular photos of his 2023 collection)

Went for the Momento Zero Grande 2.0 Primary Manipulation 1 with a 14K 1.1 stub. Some early photos below!

Wow! You got a beauty! If I am to blame, I proudly accept responsibility. 😊

Enjoy your new pen in good health!

Wow, a real tropical colored beauty!  What a happy pen.  Congratulations, your first Leonardo was a great choice!

Got it in medium. Will take about a week to arrive. BTW got the green one too from the same series

@rohit1974 You mentioned previously that you had ordered the La Fenice nib in a Medium.  I was considering that as well.  How did you like it?  How did the line weight and ink flow compare to other pens?

Leonardo has issued a new model-The Fioritura. So far, it is available only in Special Editions on their web site. I like it a lot, so I hope it is continued in additional materials. The Fioritura is very similar to the Audace in size and form, but it has an ink window and a different, wider clip. Rather than the three narrow plain cap bands, it has  a narrow band and a wider one with lovely floral motif. Here are some photos for your enjoyment:

David,

My momma's not going to let me play at your house no more.  You're what she calls a 'bad influence '.

Very handsome pen, David.....as usual for your purchases....

My first reaction at seeing this pen was that it is a Delta Stantuffo.....very similar shape and design......to my eyes....

Enjoy!

You should always listen to your mother! (Maybe she would like a nice Italian fountain pen?)

David, I have to ask-does your spouse have an avocation that she approaches with the same zest as you? 🤔🥴

Good eye, Mark! I had exactly the same reaction. On top of other similarities, the Fioritura uses the exact same type of piston filling mechanism as the Delta Stantuffos. To validate our impression:

Of course, they do share DNA.

No, she didn't inherit the acquisitive gene I got from my mother. (And she from her mother.)
