Difficult to say, the 145 has been copied. It is a converter filler with a threaded cap like this pen. It would be good to see the converter in a picture.

It doesn't have a converter.

You might ask for the serial number. (Can't see it in the photos.) Then you can check and see if it's a serial number that forgers use.
