The Weidlich Pen

This is my very first over-feed pen. Feed is made of two parts with only the top parts in contact with the nib. second part is used to block the top part in place. nib writes with a medium line. i am too scared to flex it as the feed is tiny and very thin. Worried about snapping it even with the smallest amount of pressure. Although it looks wired, the feed actually works rather well. Even dipping the nib pulls up a sizable amount of ink. Once filled , feed doesn't leak or run dry. Sadly the nib is not on its best shape :(

I know nothing about this pen manufacturer. I have seen few pens with "weidlich" name but they are much later pens. is there two "weidlich" companies ?
