His kindness showed through and he had something that seems to have gone out of fashion - courtesy.

A "Golden Rule" kind of guy.

Sad

Looking for a black SJ Transitional Esterbrook Pen. (It's smaller than an sj)

Oh dear lord....

I don't know what to say.

We're so miniscule; one moment we're here and the next, we could be gone.

Anthony, you will be missed....a lot.

It won't be the same without you.

May you find peace...

Did not he say she had died recently, which was why he had quite a gap in his presence here a little earlier this year?

I haven't been around too much due to lack of time, I don't know, I only remember Anthony not being around much as his mum was poorly and was then doing better so he was around more as well, but it's been a while...

Thanks for letting us know Linda (and to his family).

Condolences to you and his family on your loss. Very sad to hear this news.

So many expressions of sadness and condolences here that anything I say will have already been said more than once.

But I'll do it anyway. Like some others, I did not agree with Anthony on some subjects, but he was never rude about anything. He always came across as just a really good guy, and we could certainly use more of those everywhere!

Condolences to his family, friends, and you, Linda, and other co-workers.

Bruce

This sad news has hit me hard. May you have nothing but Fair winds and following seas on your new Journey, my friend.

Anthony’s friendly nature, and sense of humor will be missed to be sure.

Thank you for letting us know Linda.

Im so very sorry to hear this news! His posts have always been funny and kind and helpful, and his positive attitude against trials despite their great severity and the obvious pain they caused is an encouragement to faith. I hope everyone who knows him personally finds comfort in their memories.

Anthony was both Italian (as I gathered without knowing for sure from his perfectly written Italian) and Sicilian (as he proudly stated himself).

I'm Italian and my family is Sicilian, and in the vast online universe, that makes me closer to him and his family.

Linda, do let his family know he had quite a bunch of (crazy) friends here!

Albeit being new and not getting the chance to know Anthony, please accept my sincere condolences to his family and friends.

I am so sorry to hear this. Although I did not know Anthony, I always enjoyed reading his contributions and his good cheer.

From his posts, I could tell he was a man of deep faith. I hope that his soul ends up where he always knew he would go and that that place is a good one.

I can hardly believe this news, it's a shock. I did not know Anthony beyond this forum, but I have always enjoyed seeing his uplifting posts and his sense of humor. He brought a lot of personality and life to the forum, and though he is no longer with us, his legacy here will live on. He was among the members who made this place less of a random collection of pen and ink chat and more of a community.

Sincere condolences to Anthony's family and friends.
