Edit: those are very expensive for just 30 sheets per notebook. Ill stick with other paper.

I rewrote this answer.

 

The linked article starts very informative but ends not good at all.

Why? Because the author doesn't explain how she judges bleed-through and ghosting. It has no meaning to say, bleed-through is 2/5 if you don't know what 2/5 means. She would need to explain her levels.

 

And btw she gives bad notes for ghosting to the Nakabayashi paper.
