Introduced 3 days ago on their website is the TWSBI 'Aurora' Special Edition. Dazzling green marbleized acrylic with an Inbuilt Piston Filler and it's a great writer. This product was released in a limited production run, and in checking the TWSBI website it appears to be already sold out--?

How much did it cost?

It was $100

Thanks. Now I know what to do with my "huge" tax refund. That's if/when it becomes available again?

BTW, any more pictures? I definitely would like to see more.

Wow lucky person but where is the review?

Is it utilizing a #6 or #5 nib?

Sorry, I intentionally made this a very brief Review as all my past Reviews have been lengthy. After posting, I learned from TWSBI that no more of the same pen will be made. I recommended they consider launching the same pen in other colors. #5 size nib.

I will try...busy with some special projects now. TWSBI advised...no more of the same pen will be made--although it is possible they will make it in other colors....in the future...maybe...per TWSBI.

That's exactly what I recommended to the Owners.

Sure, why introduce high end resin variants of models when you could just make another ECO with a different cap or 580 AL with a slightly different chunk of aluminum in the piece.

I think that pen looks easily worth $100. I'd probably buy one. I'm definitely not going to buy more than 1 basic eco.

Selling a boatload of restored, fairly rare, vintage Japanese gold nib pens, click here to see (more added as I finish restoring them)

I had the chance to pull the trigger but my country was not listed in the shipping destination, what a bummer.
