I watched a lot more videos when starting the hobby than I do now. I still watch most new videos by SBRE and Figboot but not many others (I was also a PenHabit fan and am sad he's left youtube).

 

I've considered making my own videos but I'm not sure what I have to add over existing content creators.

 

And if you think watching a pen reviewer's hands can be slow, check out the fragrance (i.e., cologne) community (which is much larger than the fountain pen community). At least with a pen review you can actually see the product, fragrance reviews are literally just talking. Until the world figures out smell-o-vision, fragrance reviews have to rely on the YouTuber's personality.

There are quite a lot of new fountain pen channels since 2019. My top 3 fav are SBREBrown, DoodleBud, and Hemingway Jones.
