Faded Imprint Restoration

I have a few pens, that have their imprints worn away. A great example is the imprint on my Parker Duofold Jr, that had the lucky curve part of the imprint, completely missing. Is there any way that the imprint can be engraved again? If yes, what tools can be used? Note that I have a stereo microscope which may be helpful plus I can draw and copy lettering, pretty well.

The imprints were heat stamped. I don't know of anyone with a proper stamp. Some have laser engraved imprints. Carving one might be the best option.

Re-engraving the imprint feels very close to the line of over-restoring (possibly the wrong side of that line, too.)

A crisp imprint is a sign of a very good / hardly used pen. Re-engraving the imprint misrepresents the pen as it's been very well used, but no longer appears to be so.

Am I just over-cautious?

I just use china chalk to highlight imprints. I seriously doubt one can deepen imprints without messing with the finish
