I live in Adelaide South Australia where he lives and creates most of his inks and even I can't get some of his products, hahahaha. Best route is to shop online, or convince your Pen shop to stock them. I've basically ordered them online.

If you take a visit over to the Clubs, Meetings, and Events section on FPN there is a post about the recent India Pen Show that shows a distributer of Robert Oster inks in India called My Stationery. I couldn't easily find a website looking from the U.S., but perhaps others from India would have more info on the company....
