Chilton Wingflow Recommendation

Today I was lucky enough to find a Chilton wingflow in plain black with no inlays in it at a flea market in a box full of junk. I managed to get it for less then a meal at McDonalds but it has a cap from some other pen that must have had some sort of cap jewel that was chewed off and a cap band that was lost along time ago. Also the nib is some cheap third tier quality steel nib with broken tines. The body, section, feed, and rear plunger is in good restorable shape. I was wondering if its worth me restoring this pen or sell it off as is. Its a Long Island Chilton btw. Maybe some has the parts? I know I have a chilton nib but its not for a wing flow. Will get pics of it later today.
