The Blue Hour is a very nice looking one and a nice, for me, balanced pen.

The same goes for the Roller Ball and Ball Point Pen.

Thanks. A good friend suggested it long ago... don't know why I waited so long.

I was very impressed with Tom Kellies ink sample for the Chinese Blue. Now its in the collection with the 146 gold cut notebook. The 149 red notebook is on order.

Tom Kellie's post about the blue inks made me curious about the ultramarine, Got the blue inks in a three package set that apparently gives you a discount if you buy the 3 pre-packaged ones. Couldn't get my hands on the 146 calligraphy notebook so made off with the 149.

And I have no idea why this picture turned out like it did.

Dear Tom Kellie,

Thank you for taking the time writing that note with the Chinese Blue. I am certainly enjoying the 149 Expression pen.

best regards,

@Tom Kellie: Your handwritten notes are always a joy to read, they show that you care enough to prepare the paper and put pen to ink to write your missives. I will be adding the Lapis Lazuli once it becomes available with the retailer, I am supporting local retailers as much as I can

Wow.... loving the 3 ink pack! Do post samples!!!

Of course @Reed_thoughts will do that once I get some time off from work, feeling a bit under the weather these days.

None of them is better than Royal Blue. They are only different.

So don't you think that for somebody a different color can make an ink a better choice than another ? Well if yo do so then the world would be just one color.
