A pen tray, new stock. I was just eyeing the keychain as I love the LPP fox line, but then I notice the pen tray, then added the bookmark on my purchase for novelty. Yes this is one expensive hobby as Zaddick once pointed out.

Well, they are all nice purchases! I didn't even know I needed one until I saw the photos. :)

Who needs to retire and spend time with family and friends?

I have the same tray - I love the materials and finish. But, the tray wont close with a 149 or such large pens inside. Have you experienced the same?

@Zaddick, online shopping will definitely make you work hard for the money, & who needs to take vacation trips anyways?

Indeed @Siamackz, the finish is topnotch! I was lucky enough to get one as they were selling 4 or 5 new trays, it looked liked it came direct from the factory the way it was packaged and the way it smelled, at less than USD 200 no less. The only bulky pen that I have is the James Dean, the rest are 146 sized & smaller, and at the moment the Dean is my EDC, so I haven't really had any trouble with it. I'd suggest that you just utilise it as a display tray and use the lid as another display tray (focusing on a special pen), It goes well that big display cabinet of yours.

That is precisely what I do actually. Thanks! Enjoy the trays, they are wonderful!

Hello my dear penfriends,

usually I am a total Meisterstücklover and -writer. But today I had some time in the city and I have spotted the new Starwalker in my dealer's window. (It came in yesterday.) After trying it, I was blown away a little by the blue "planet" in the cap. Finally I bought my first Starwalker fountain pen (with fine nib).
To be honest: Writing performance is better with a Meisterstück but the writing experience with the Starwalker is definitely better than I expected. Few month ago I was thinking about buying a different, more convenient cartridge based, fountain pen. Maybe this a good result.

Here a some quick shots:

I have always found the Starwalker odd and never really warmed to it.

It is back!! Some photos to show the new nib and a quick writing sample:

How long did it take for the swap if you don't mind me asking? Mine was sent off about three weeks ago for a BB or OBB (mind you I am in Australia :))

Have a look at my Instagram :)

Very nice - that goes on my list!

I put to my local reseller on 19/04 but as it was Eastern weekend he sent it to MB on 23/04 and the pen has been back on 17/05. But as I'm in Belgium it is quick to send it to Hamburg.

Thanks Cyrille. I've probably got another three weeks to wait then once factoring shipping times from and to Australia.

Have a look at my Instagram :)

Added this to my collection of Bohemes. Lovely OM nib. Luckily it's more robust than it looks and the retractable nib saved it as the seller sent it rolling around in a big wooden box and the cap had come off 😱 Perfect match with my favourite Boheme Bleu. Sorry my pictures aren't a match for most of the artwork here!

I chose my user name years ago - I have no links to BBS pens (other than owning one!)

Wow. Congratulations!!!

Im a big StarWalker fan. I have never seen one with this blue dome or that grip style. Is it a new model? Do you know what the model name is? Id like to ask my dealer to acquire one for my collection. It looks great!
