Originally it is not. It is a straight nib otherwise. I guess it is relatively easy to find an Italic broad nib and ask a nib meister to shape it the way you want it.

Thanks for the info, roshpens. Happy writing...

I have this pen and LOVE it.  I had it on my bucket list for decades. I adore that nib and you penmanship really shows it off.

Fountain pens are my preferred COLOR DELIVERY SYSTEM (in part because crayons melt in Las Vegas).

Thank you ! I may have to blame you for your post which may have made me acquire the pen.  Indeed it is a lovely pen. I have embraced demonstrators after having fears this many years.

OOO OOOO this is me bouncing up and down as an enabler.  :)

Today in the mail should be coming a Pelikan M800 demonstrator with the labels. It too has been on my bucket list.

Marble brown Pelikan M200 finally got here her today. Fine nib tuned by Kirk Speer. Inked with Edelstein Onyx and wrote a page or so with it. Surprisingly fine line for a Pelikan but, unsurprisingly, still a very wet writer.  I like it.

Yes you did. I like that clear demo as well. Labels make it more unique.

It is a broad and I like it. I inked it up with Aventurine. I'll post a photo soon.

I can’t argue with that. Have close to a dozen he’s tuned up and all write beautifully. We have a few pens that aren’t all they could and should be. Fix that next time he’s in Houston.

Thank you for the lovely photos.

The Glauco Cambon is one of the most beautiful Pelikans offered in a long time. I hope we see more such creativity and beauty from Pelikan in the future.

Orange isn't usually my jam, but these two pairings are superb! Beautiful penmanship @roshpens!

Thank you and appreciate it!

I was looking at the Orange Delight Pelikan online. When I went to the basement to do laundry, I took the Cafe Creme and Cognac with me. The Cafe Creme got J Herbin Cafe des Iles (with a drop of Vanness White Lightning in 10ml of the ink)  in it, and swapped the italic nib with the B nib from the Cognac. The Cognac still has a sample ink Van Dieman’s Honey Wood Amber in it, and now sports the italic nib. Maybe I should look online for italic nib units instead.

Absolutely love this pen! I've wanted one for awhile, but I'd probably end up staining it almost immediately. So, I settled for the M200 and M205 unlabelled demos instead. Acceptable rather than capital losses, but I do envy you yours!

Hello roshpens,   What beautiful photography & handwriting, both featuring your great Vibrant Orange. For me, it's one of the two nicest M600 colors, along with Vibrant Green. Thank you for sharing your stunning fountain pen & really lovely handwriting with us all. Yours is a nib which accentuates your handwriting so well.  Enjoy the remainder of your weekend. All the best, Barry

Thank you and appreciate your kind comment! I have recently started to appreciate the M600 size. . Now they have become 4 in number from nothing. You too, have a nice rest of the weekend.
