Former Interior Secretary Zinke has published his alleged farewell letter. Everyone on this forum should feel a little better about themselves, because at least they're TRYING to improve their handwriting.

Someone in another thread thought it was written in crayon....

  • 2 months later...

Looks like a white-board marker -- that had slightly dried out (that initial I looks like it started dry and then got the felt wet).

Ouch... even my personal scribbles have more clarity... "... the prendul and armenian people..."?

He needs an XF nib.

I can also imagine that when he handed this over he would have to let others know what this note was all about. Do we know if he wrote with a marker because he couldn’t see well? But then again he didn’t adjust the size of the letters accordingly.

Thank you for filling me in Freddy.

Mr. Zinke should accompany his written notes with recordings of what he writes. I stopped trying to read at the middle of the second line.

Ok... Is there an award for this level of cacography? I can usually pick apart even doctor scrawl but this? We need to break out an enigma machine and fimd the folks who cracked the zodiac letters o.O

I really like Mr Zinke's handwriting.

It makes me feel better about my own. :D

I can appreciate that it was written with a broad...something or another, but there's no reason not to upscale the writing a bit to compensate.

Much of that note is just an assortment of pageworms, just wriggling around on the paper.

Arguing with people on the Internet is like playing chess with a pigeon. No matter how good you are at chess, the pigeon will just knock the pieces over, s**t on the board and strut around like it's victorious.

The dude needs an extra fine nib. Dunno about you but I take comfort in those words. It's good knowing he's got plenty of time to work on that handwriting now..
