Hello! This is a fantastic collection and it's wonderful to see familiar designs/models throughout the years. Thank you for sharing this with us!

May I ask if you happen to have information on the MB 224, the one that looks a little like Lamy 2000? I'm still looking for more information on it. Thank you.

Thank you! The closest pen I’ve had is the 222 . Check this out - https://www.vintagemontblancpens.com/no-222-pl

Thank you! This is what mine looks like. (Grabbed it from my instagram) If you do find one it's a nice addition to your beautiful collection!

Oh, I see! When would you date this pen? Also, would you be able to help me look for resources on this pen? Thanks so much :)

I am getting closer and closer to my goal of collecting the earliest MBs. Here's a step, 110 yrs, in that direction :)

Great pen, Sia.  While not quite as showy as it's cousin, the 139, the 138 is nevertheless a sizable and impressive pen.  Enjoy it!

I agree, it’s a great size, perfect dimensions, and I like the modesty of its design.

I think that's a fine specimen of a classic pen...my usual refrain for these vintage MB's! The steel nib is a nice variant and it's in keeping with the understated profile and "form follows function" ethic (despite it's WW-2 heritage)

Congratulations,  mate!

The 138 is my grail MB kolbenfuller.

This guy! A 224 in malachite green. As perfect an example as I could ever hope for in this colour!
