So I've been buying random lots and restoring/reselling, so that I can get my hands on as many pens as possible. I got a fairly decent one recently with an older pelikan, eclipse "safety" (pen name not a safety pen) pen, and some run of the mill parkers, but I cant find any info on these. I'm sure they are umpteenth tear pens but I was just curious.

 

1.Mallard

I'm guessing 90's, but that is honestly a total stab in the dark.
