Please Identify This Eversharp Pencil.

This measures 4" in length and around the top of the barrel below the cap top is inscribed 'Eversharp Made in England.

Not sure what to say other than the obvious. It's an Eversharp pencil, a further material variation of the short pencils with top mounted pocket clip. The reinforced pocket clip & longer cone make it a post-revision model. Say late 20's since I don't seem to have that variation in my 1925 catalog. That's a beautiful example.

Thanks. My initial question was a little vague, but I hadn't found any other Eversharp pencils that were like this one so just wondered if it was a particular model and what age it might be. Anyway, you've been most helpful.

Looks to be a pencil for military uniforms. Pen clips should not be visible above the pocket line. Sheaffer had a few marketed for uniforms etc. May give a hint as to where to look?

Yeah, I haven't seen one around that's an exact match either. Closest I can see in the 20's catalogs is a 3011SC Lazulitic Blue in the '29, but these were gold filled trim & had the barrel bands to match the pens. Bandless barrels on the shorts with top clips can be found in ebonites, but not the blue.
