Laban consistently introduces new writing instruments with many different and exciting finishes. An example is The Taroko Collection, and the attached photo is of my "Autumn Red".

It's fitted with a Bock steel nib...smooth, excellent writer..and an overall outstanding fountain pen at a desirable price.

  I also picked up a TUZU. I quite like the blue color and basic Sailor steel nib. It's a good basic EDC at the Japanese price. It is a quite wet writer. I imagine lefties will enjoy the nib angle customization. I haven't tried playing with that aspect.
