Krishna Myrtle

Krishna is an Indian ink brand that I know little about. They've recently become more easily available in Europe so I got a few bottles. They come in a small 20ml bottle which is rather ugly looking, especially the white plastic cap, but which seems sturdy enough.

 

Myrtle is a rather strange colour. I'd call it a "dirty soft pink". The shading part looks slightly brown. It has a golden sheen but it's not as crazy as in Jungle Volcano for example.

 

​Flow and lubrication are medium. Not water resistant but there's a trace of pink that holds rather well against water.

Update: This ink is HARD to clean. It leaves a dried crud on your nib and feed and though it can be wiped away, it's difficult.

That's a really odd color. I'd have to see it in person to see whether I liked it or not. Depends on how orange it is in person (unfortunately I don't have any of the other inks in the comparison shot).
