I went to the talk on collecting Pelikans that he and Janet Wright did at a pen show a while back. Only now I want a vintage 100 (especially a blue one).... :wallbash:

Thanks for a wonderful exploration of Pelikan pens and the world of Rick Propas. This video brought back many fond memories of my times with Rick over the years and the many Pelikans in my collection due to his help and expertise.

As Rick says in the video, the best part of pen collecting is the people. And no one exemplifies that principle better than Rick.

Wow! What a video!

The part in which Rick mentions that one of the main reasons to collect is the people is very true.

Thank you for making this video available!

I have purchased several pens from Rick. I have enjoyed one of his presentations. Super fellow, incredible collection, and wonderful information. Really enjoyed this video.

This was a great video. I tried to go to Ricks website but it says the Server cannot be found. Has he taken his website down?

He is launching a new web site, ETA mid-December.

This is a terrific film. I’ve bought a few pens from Rick; great pens and incredibly nice guy.

Gone all Pelikan ...

The new website is up but due to a quirk, it will not work if preceded by "www". My bookmark had the "www" so even though I typed the right address in, I kept getting the 404 error message.

This link should work:

https://thepenguinpen.com/

I have no connection to Rick except as a happy customer. He knows about this problem and is trying to fix it.

Hey, I've kinda fallen away from here. But thanks to everyone for your words of support and appreciation.

My developer is away right now on business but as soon as she returns we will be working on the url issue.

In the meantime I have fixed the links here.
