Does anyone know anything about this pen? It has a gold flex nib. Wondering if it has any interesting history?

Are there any markings on the nib or anywhere else? If so, what do they say?

Has the feel of a turn of the (last) centuary American eye dropper pen. The nib suggests one of the myriad of unknown makers of the time that came, tried and disappeared.

The irony is that if someone came along today and just set up shop making nothing but true vintage flex nibs, they'd be selling $600 pens like gangbusters.

Selling a boatload of restored, fairly rare, vintage Japanese gold nib pens, click here to see (more added as I finish restoring them)
