Aurora Ipsilon With An M Engraved On Its Body

Recommended Posts

Friends,

I have an Aurora Ipsilon that came with an M painted on its body. I tought it was only a sticker, but not. It was silk-screened.

Is that common?

Regards

No, is not common.

Maybe a tester pen to be exposed in shops?

In Japan for example common pens are displayed for testing, one for each nib available.

And it came just like any other one. Full set.

Is the nib a medium? If so, maybe you can just rub the 'M' off since it might just designate the nib size.

never seen such a big and indelible mark for a nib size.

With an Aurora Ipsilon what other designation could 'M' have? Also, the manner of the application indicates it was done by the factory and not by a dealer.

Yes, I am pretty sure it was done by the factory. I will it send to a Pen specialist so he can see if it is possible to be erased, since it is painted. Hope it works as I like that much to write with this one.

Yes it is medium. I will send to someone to try to erase this painting. That really bothers me off a lot.
