I have just bought my third MB Meisterstucks fountain pen. I own a 145 Chopin, a 1940s vintage 344 and I have just acquired an early 1990s fp. The problem is that I dont know what model it is! It is definitely genuine though. It bears all the indications of a genuine MB. It is slightly shorter and slightly slimmer than my 145. I had a look through the pinned posts, but none of them helped. Do any of you more experienced MB owners have an idea what it might be? It is a cartridge and converter filler, and the converter is marked Montblanc. On the clip band it is stamped Germany, hence my thought that it would be post unification. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

A picture would help but if it's slightly shorter and slightly slimmer than your Meisterstück Classique 145 then look at some pictures of the original Meisterstück Classique 144. It had a slip on cap, rather than the 145 screw on cap, and an additional band around the section next to the nib.
