Help Identifying Parker 51 Needed.

Colleagues,

I recently purchased on the Bay, a parker 51 but I am not sure if it is real or fake. It does have the normal Parker USA identification data etched in the body. Parker 51 USA 5 with three dots. The nib is gold but unmarked. The cap appears the way it is shown in the picture. It is a vacumatic. I am not sure but it has 7-1-7 line patterns. The cap is unmarked as made in USA, etc.

I have never seen such cap materials. It appears like german silver or aluminium. Can you please help me with the identification? I will be grateful and it will help me make restore or not to restore decision.

The pictures on the bay were horrible. I was not sure if I should take a risk. Brian thanks. If it is really a silver cap, I will get it restored for personal use. Thank you so much.
