Looks like the collar is split. This will probably fit into a regular holder, especially a vintage one. They tend to be more forgiving for different sizes. How’s the tipping?

You’ll need a magnifier of some sort to tell. They’re wonderfully flexy and good writers if they’re not too chewed up.
