It looks more like an Imperial than anything else, but it's currently a Frankenpen with different cap & barrel.

Too bad. It appears you had the makings of a nice Imperial, one of those used-to-be-PFM's that became thin in the '90's. The barrel looks to be either sterling or plated with silver, at least. The cap may fit, but the pen appears forlorn. Maybe a brighter ink colour would cheer it up? It seems to write well enough.
