I wonder if it is possible to disassemble the section of a new Moonman?
Is it exactly the same as the one in P45?

I confirmed all of the below with a Moonman 80s. I didn't try the 80mini with the snap-on cap since it is a significantly different pen. I don't have the Moonman 80 nor do I have the 80mini-E, both of which have a slip-on cap (or, at least, the appear to be a slip-on caps).

The sections are virtually the same - same size and threaded the same - but the 80s cap, a snap-on cap, does not snap on the P45 section. A P45 cap does fit onto the 80s section, however. (I understand the 80 cap, a slip-on cap, does fit a P45.)

Is it possible to screw out its collector  (the same way as I did in old Parkers 45)?

Would be perfect if the Moonman ink collector was exactly the same as in 45.

Is it exactly the same?

Has anybody checked it?

Well, yes, it is the same or I wouldn't have have suggested using it as a replacement in a P45. 😉  (Note that the feed & collector are integrated in the same piece.) While I don't have the Moonman 80 or the Moonman 80mini-E I strongly believe the nib assembly (i.e. nib, collar, and feed/collector) are the same as well.

BTW, the Moonman 80s uses a piston converter. I prefer it to the squeeze converter found on most P45s (though see https://parker45pens.com/parker-45-ink-converters-and-cartridges/ for all the different P45 converters).

There's an interesting article about how the Hero 800, a P45 copy, came about. Parker was going to have Hero manufacture P45s - while the project got pretty far, it never flew. The Moonman 80 is a copy of the Hero 800 - so a copy, once removed, of the P45. https://frankunderwater.com/2017/02/20/remaking-parker-45-a-cooperation-between-hero-parker/

Moonman 80s might be my favorite cheapo fountain pen. If anyone knows of an inexpensive source for the original version - the Moonman 80 - I might be interested. Also, for the Hero 800.
