Stipula Fpn Pen--Who Can Adjust Flow?

I have a Stipula FPN pen. If there were several series, this is from the first series. It's never written well; the flow stops. I don't like flossing tines, and slightly spreading the shoulders hasn't worked. Who can reliably repair this?

You've got over 1100 posts here so you probably know every trick in the book, but just to be safe... If it has never written well, then perhaps it hasn't been used much at all, in which case there still might be traces of contaminants present from the manufacturing process. Flush repeatedly with a mild soap solution. Gently flossing the tines with 12k grit can do wonders. Never noticed any negative consequences from a gentle floss. If you don't want to do that, use a very wet ink (if there's one thing I've learned during my brief foray into fountain pen land, it's that a pen's performance can change dramatically just from changing to a different ink). If none of this helps, then search this forum for a nibmeister in your area (there are plenty of requests around for repair services in region X).

Good luck!
