Which Montblancs Had Oblique Fine Nibs?

The title says it all: which Montblanc pens were offered with oblique fine nibs? On the used market I have seen OF nibs on some two-digit pens (14, 22, 24 ,31 etc) and on a few 342 and Monte Rosas. I'd like to know which other pens had them, and when OF nibs were first offered and when finally withdrawn (not counting the Bespoke program). For example did any Meisterstück models have them (other than MB12 and 14) ?

I have a box of MB ink from the 1970s that lists OF as a nib size, so I am guessing they were available through the early 1970s. I think that was the end of the rUn that I know of. The 3B 149 nibs seemed to have also stopped around that time.

Sorry I don't have any help on pen models other than what you listed. I recall people claiming there was an OF 149, but I have yet to get my hands on one.

Tom,

Thanks for the reference to your earlier thread. I remembered your two-digit MB OF, but not the Pelikan 400.

I recently acquired an MB 22 OM that shows quite interesting directional line variation, in addition to some flexibility (pressure line variation). I was interested in how much oblique character an even finer nib could show, but perhaps in a somewhat larger pen. At present the 14 and 24 would appear to be the only options.

Whether nibs with edged tips can benefit from a degree of flexibility seems to be controversial. Frequent poster Bo Bo Olson certainly appreciates the combination of moderate flex with oblique or stub character.

Thanks to all responders!

I do not know about Montblanc models, but I have a Pelikan 140 with OF nib.

Moreover in the past I had a Waterman Carene with OF nib, these nibs was routinely sold on eBay from "Pen seller from France", which now seems to be disappeared.
