I guess it's time to join a pen forum after pen collecting as long as I remember.

 

I'm fond of Parkers because as a kid our family business served the company, and I remember 75s, Dufolds, Vacumatics, T1, Jotters, you name it forever. I have mostly US and German pens and am about done with my last two bottles of the love or hate Penman ink.

 

Favorites are my Lamy 2000, 1980s-90s Dufolds, Parker 75, old style Namiki vanishing point and one of my Pelikans (600).

It’s time for me to find a replacement that doesn’t break the bank or wreck the pens. I’ve read about “Bunubox” blue as closest thing and read that one of the Diamine inks might keep me happy.

Welcome to the forum ! Parker 75 was (and still is) my first fountain pen and after 48 years writes silky smooth ! I love it !
