The ink on the left which is not UV reactive is the infamous PPS.

Bottom row is where the UV action is: Myles Standish, Upper Ganges (a really nice UV ink and I haven't used it in a while so I will do so), Blue Nose Bear, the next one is Ellis Island, but I'm thinking that the purple glow may just be the other inks around it, Qun Shi Huang (I hate this ink).
