Peeling Logo Clip Visconti Hs Bronze Age

Dear friends, I bought a fountain pen Visconti HomoSapiens bronze age (oversized) on ebay from a seller who declared the pen as new. When I received it, I noticed that the letter "I" of the logo had a defect (according to the photo). Do you think it's possible that the whole logo will peel? Is it common for these pens to happen?

Sadly, this is really common with these pens. For such nice pens, and at that price, I am surprised at the poor quality of the application of the logo. I have a Rembrandt and a Homo Sapiens bronze - both have some wear to the logo on one side of the clip. Neither has worn off a lot, or entirely, but both show some wear and defects.
